Delete Account & Personal Data
We respect your right to be forgotten. You can permanently delete your Diabetos account, vital signs telemetry, blood sugar logs, and all associated personal records at any time.
Deleting your account will permanently erase your historical blood glucose charts, blood pressure telemetry, medication reminders, linked doctor access, and emergency caregiver distress linkages. Once deleted, this clinical data cannot be recovered.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Inside Mobile App (Instant)
Fastest method for active app users
- Open the Diabetos App on your smartphone.
- Navigate to your Profile & Settings tab.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm with your passcode or biometric authentication.
Option 2: Web Request Form
For users who uninstalled the app or lost access
Use the secure web submission form below. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) will verify your identity via confirmation SMS or email and process the full purge within 30 days in accordance with Google Play & Apple App Store compliance policies.

Data Erasure Schedule & Retention Policy
Stage 1: Immediate Access Revocation (Day 0)
Your session tokens are invalidated, linked doctor portal synchronization is cut off, and all automated notification triggers are cancelled immediately.
Stage 2: Full Database Purge (Within 30 Days)
All personal identifiers, glucose logs, food photos, Bluetooth device linkage keys, and chat transcripts are permanently erased from active production databases and backup rotations.
Stage 3: Legal & Medical Audit Exceptions
Certain clinical prescription records and ambulance emergency dispatch logs may be subject to statutory medical retention mandates by Ministry of Health regulations. In such cases, records are fully anonymized/pseudonymized and decoupled from your personal identity.
